mPower is an EU Interreg funded project that operates to develop services for people aged 65 and over living with at least one long term condition. mPower uses digital interventions to enable elderly people in remote areas to live safely and independently in their own homes by introducing them to various health and wellbeing technologies.

The project aims to transform older people’s health services in Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland & Scotland Empower beneficiaries to self-manage long tern conditions support from mPower community navigators with eHealth and Social Prescribing.
